Rates
Estimates are $30.00 complete. And based on the estimate if you choose to have the repair done by us the $30.00 is waived.
What this means simply, is that no matter how large or small the repair it will never cost more than $30.00 to find out if your item is cost effective to repair.
And if you choose to have it repaired, based on our comprehensive estimate you'll only be charged value of what we estimated the repair to cost.
Our shop rate is $60.00 per hour. The same as our service calls. This is an advantage for those who, for whatever reason, cannot bring their unit into the shop. We have maintained this rate since the late 70's and while other shops in larger metropolitan areas charge upwards of 80-120 per hour we see no reason to change a formula that has worked for us over three decades.
